These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “user,” or “end-user”) and Preschool Play (“we,” “our,” or “us”), governing your use of our websites, games, applications, software, forums, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not install, access, or use the Services in any manner.
Please also review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and forms part of these Terms.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, we provide you with a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Services solely for your personal entertainment and educational purposes in a non-commercial manner.
You agree not to:
a) Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise
attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas of the Services.
b) Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell,
resell, lease, rent, or exploit the Services or any portion thereof without our prior written consent.
c) Frame
or mirror any part of the Services, including trademarks, logos, or proprietary content, without express written
approval.
d) Deploy automated tools such as bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other unauthorized data extraction
methods in relation to the Services.
e) Use hidden text, meta-tags, or other identifiers bearing our brand
name, trademarks, or affiliated marks without written authorization.
f) Engage in unlawful, harmful, or
otherwise inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to hacking, interfering with intellectual property, or
breaching applicable laws.
Where the Services are delivered as a downloadable application (“App”), your license extends only to authorized devices you own or control, and the App may not be copied, sublicensed, rented, or distributed. These Terms apply equally to all versions, editions, updates, patches, and expansions of the App.
The App may incorporate technical safeguards such as license verification, age controls, or copy protection. You may not circumvent, disable, or tamper with these mechanisms. Any attempt to do so results in immediate termination of your license.
The Services may reference, include, or allow access to third-party products, services, or websites. Your dealings with such third parties are solely between you and the provider. We are not responsible for and disclaim liability for any third-party content, availability, or terms.
Links to external resources are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for external services, products, or information.
By using the Services, you represent that you are:
If you are under 13 years old, parental consent is mandatory. Certain features may not be available without verified parental approval.
Some Services may require account registration (“Account”). When creating an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Multiple accounts or automated sign-ups are prohibited.
You are solely responsible for activity occurring under your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.
You are responsible for any internet or mobile data charges incurred while using the Services.
Within the Services, you may obtain in-game digital currency (“Virtual Currency”) and digital items (“Virtual Items”) through gameplay, purchase, or promotional offers. Virtual Currency and Virtual Items:
Do not represent real-world money or value.
Cannot be redeemed outside of the Services.
Are licensed to you on a limited, personal basis only.
You have no ownership rights in Virtual Currency or Virtual Items. They are subject to change, expiration, or removal at our sole discretion. We assume no liability for loss due to hacking, unauthorized access, or discontinuation of Services.
Certain Services may offer recurring subscription memberships (“Subscriptions”).
When you subscribe, you authorize your chosen platform (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.) to charge your account the stated fee. Subscriptions automatically renew for equivalent terms unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

Failure to cancel in time will result in automatic renewal and billing. Refunds are generally not provided except where required by applicable law.
Daily or periodic rewards tied to Subscriptions require that you log in to the game. Missed days do not generate retroactive rewards.
All purchases (Subscriptions, Virtual Currency, Virtual Items) are processed by the applicable platform store. Payments are final, and you waive the right to chargebacks or refunds except at our discretion.
The Services may offer forums, chat features, blogs, or user content submission options (“Forums”). By using these, you agree to:
Post only lawful, respectful, and appropriate material.
Avoid sharing personal data of others without consent.
Refrain from spamming, solicitation, or advertising.
Not impersonate other users, developers, or staff.
By submitting user content (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, adapt, reproduce, display, and distribute such content in any form or medium. You retain ownership but acknowledge our right to use it.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, remove, or restrict content that we deem inappropriate.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services remain with Preschool Play or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to code, graphics, music, text, artwork, and trademarks.
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
If you create derivative media such as gameplay videos, screenshots, or reviews, you grant us a license to use such content for promotional or educational purposes.
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free Services. Use of the Services is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services, whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential. Some jurisdictions may not allow such exclusions, so certain limitations may not apply.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Preschool Play, its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or for any reason. Upon termination, your license immediately ends, and you must cease all use of the Services.
Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration under the rules of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. Class actions and consolidated claims are not permitted.

We welcome feedback but do not accept unsolicited ideas under confidentiality. By submitting suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or obligation.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any part is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.
